Participants from the end-user industry and photonics business, as well as from research and governmental institutions gathered to discuss the framework and the activities that will be organised during the PHAPPS Week this autumn. Here you can download what was discussed during the meeting.

The Photonics Application Week (PHAPPS Week) is geared towards the business professional who wants to know more about the practical applications of photonics in his or her industry.

Unlike other photonics events PHAPPS Week is all about practice, not theory. During the workshops, exhibitions, lectures, networking events, debates and hackathons you get first-hand experience and insight into how the fast growing field of photonics can benefit your business and industry.

Focus topics:
Health Care | IoT & Autonomous Systems | IT & Telecom | Agri & Food | Manufacturing & Industry 4.0 | Military | Consumer Electronics & Lighting

Network with photonics experts and business peers to learn how your company can stay ahead of the innovation curve. Exchange your market demand with professionals from the photonics industry and see how they can help you, instead of the other way around!

PHAPPS Week is an umbrella event. Whether you are part of a company, branche organisation, research institution or event organising platform, feel free to organise your own activity during PHAPPS Week. An activity can take any form, for instance a workshop, hackathon, conference, meeting or demo. We invite you to the next meeting to discuss your ideas/activities or Contact us by mail or phone.
